2 Corinthians 7
Paul’s letter to the Corinthians had made them sad, but their sorrow led to repentance.
2 Corinthians 8
Paul used the Macedonian Christians as an example in his writing because even though they were suffering affliction and in deep poverty they gave generously.  The Macedonians gave willingly and cheerfully gave what they could.
2 Corinthians 9
In this chapter, Paul continues to encourage the church to give and live lives characterized by good works.
